She was predeceased by her first husband, Emile John Lintinger, Jr, and her second husband, Charles Louis Silcio; her son, Emile John Lintinger, III, and her daughter, Pamela Jean Lintinger Kuhlmann; her parents, Joseph Perez and Lucy Malone Perez; her sister, Elizabeth Perez Blakeman. She leaves behind her children, Gregory John Lintinger, Sr. (Brenda) and Dawn Elizabeth Lintinger Flamenco (Napoleon Arturo, deceased); daughter-in-law Ann Lintinger Tastet (Roy); grandchildren, Gregory J. Lintinger, Jr. (Lisa), Melissa A. Lintinger (Brian Fingeret), Emile J. Lintinger, IV, Melinda L. Jeffress (Jonathan), Kendra K. Gaudet (Michael), Kandace K. Leboeuf (Chad), Emily C. Lintinger, and Arturo Flamenco; great-grandchildren, Cormac, Dylan, Madison, Morgan, Ethan, and Alyssa; a sister, Joan Perez Styron of Covington, LA, and a brother, Joseph Perez of Kentwood, LA. Lucy was born at home and grew up on Oak Street in the old Carrollton neighborhood of New Orleans. She spent the last 32 years of her life in Covington, in her dream home on the Bogue Falaya River. She graduated from Eleanor McMain Senior High school, and attended Mater Delorosa Catholic Church. Prior to her marriage in 1944, she was employed by Southern Bell Telephone Company as a long distance operator. She was a member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary in Covington, LA. Lucy was an avid dance enthusiast and enjoyed dancing to classic big band music. Gardening was equally important to her, especially in her later years. Lucy was never more happy than when she was working in her gardens. She also loved to be out on the Bogue Falaya and Tchefuncte Rivers. She reveled in the outdoors. Although time and distance took many family members far away, Lucy loved all her family fervently and was always happy to see and speak with them. Each of them brought her so much joy. ===================
