Jeffrey D. Cooper M. D. passed away on Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at the age of 49.

Beloved son of the late Mary Jo Quinn Cooper and William Raymond Cooper. Loving 
brother of Jane Dumestre. Uncle of Blake and Chase Dallimore. Also survived by 
his devoted friends, Rhonda and Dennis Dallimore.

He was a native New Orleanian and a resident of Covington.

All funeral services are private.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Jeff to be made 
to St. Tammany Humane Society.
