MARIE G. “MILLIE” DYER, 84, of Slidell, LA, passed away on Wednesday, May 6, 
2015, in Slidell.
Mother of Mark Dyer ;
Daughter of the late Rene and Sybil Gazave;
Sister of John Gazave, Bee Galatas, Lee Chadbourne, Edmond Gazave, and the late 
Rene Gazave III;
Also survived by two grandchildren: Cliff Dyer and Kellie Ainsworth; and two 
great-grandchildren: Peyton Ainsworth and Luke Dyer.

A native of New Orleans and a resident of Slidell for over 40 years.
She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, St. Tammany 
Chapter, and the Order of the Eastern Star Lakeshore Chapter 59 of which she 
was past Royal Matron, also a member of the Order of Amaranth, and White Shrine 
of Jerusalum.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2015, at 1:00P.M. at Forest 
Lawn Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the First United Methodist Church 
of Slidell, 433 Erlanger St. Slidell LA 70458.
