James "Jim" J. Kingman passed away on Wednesday, May 6, 2015, at his residence, 
with his family by his side, in Slidell, LA.  
James was born on September 19, 1966 in Los Angeles, CA to John D. and Joyce A. 
Kingman. 

Jim is survived by his parents, John D. and Joyce A. Kingman of Palm Desert, 
CA; his children, James "Jack" J. Kingman, Jr. and Scarlett Grace Kingman; his 
former wife, Tina Bush Kingman of Slidell, LA; his siblings, Jill Leach and her 
husband Keith of Milford, NH and Jason Kingman and his wife Melissa of 
Henderson, NV; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Jim was a graduate of Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, Prescott, AZ in 
1986.  He joined Continental Airlines in 1990 and was with the company for 25 
years through the merger with United Airlines.  His love of flying brought him 
much pleasure. He worked for the ALPA Union Office in Houston, TX for a number 
of years.  He made many, many friends through his work for pilots.  He was also 
a mentor to many and beloved by all.

Private Memorial Services will be held by the family.
 
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Hirshberg Foundation 
for Pancreatic Cancer Research, in Jim's memory.
