Janet Bernert Massey passed away on Saturday, May 9, 2015 in Covington, LA. 
She was born on October 19, 1929 in Queens, NY to the late Arthur Hans Bernert 
and Elizabeth Loube Bernert.

Janet was the loving mother of Glenn A. Massey (Renee). She was the proud 
grandmother of A.J. Massey (Jessica Jenkins) and Kristyn M. Whatley (James) and 
great-grandmother of Addison Jane Massey and Mason Cole Massey. Janet was the 
sister of the late Ginny Shore and Joan Yarbrough. She will be missed by 
numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

The family will hold a private memorial service to honor Janet’s life.
