Darrin Paul Romeo, age 52 of Covington, LA died on Saturday, May 02, 2015. Born 
September 22, 1962 in Baton Rouge, LA to the late Joseph Romeo and Emily Dugas 
Romeo.

Survived by his Wife - Diane Waguespack Romeo, Daughter - Sydney Romeo, Son - 
Jude Romeo, Brothers - Michael Romeo (Diane), and Kevin Romeo (CynD), Sisters - 
Judy Albarado (Rumsey), Sharon Frazier (Rick), and Geralyn Stockstill (Paul).

Darrin was a very giving man donating much of his time, cooking talent and 
spirit to many charities and activities. He will be missed by the children of 
St. Michael’s Episcopal School, employees of Winn-Dixie, Sam’s Club, Circle K, 
and the countless people that he touched. 

He was very involved with the Abbey Youth Fest, Knights of Columbus #12072 and 
Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church. He was also a member of the Delta Tau 
Delta Fraternity.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass at 2:00 PM on 
Thursday, May 07, 2015 at St. Joseph Abbey, 75376 River Road St. Benedict, LA 
70457. Visitation on Thursday, May 07, 2015 from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM at E. J. 
Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st. Ave., Covington, LA 70433.

Interment in St. Joseph Abbey Cemetery St. Benedict, LA.

In Lieu of flowers donation may be made to either to the K of C #12072’s “Back 
To School Shopping Spree”, 1501 W. Causeway Appr., Mandeville, LA 70471, the 
Food Bank of Covington, 840 N. Columbia St., Covington, LA 70433 or to the 
charity of your choice.
