JOSIE T.SLAUGHTER, of Slidell, LA, passed away on Wednesday, May 13, 2015.

She was married to Leo D. Slaughter, Sr. for 24 years.
Mother of: Elliott Slaughter, Sr. and wife, Wanda; Kevin Slaughter, Sr. and 
wife, Elizabeth; Beth S. Mitchell and husband, Aaron; Keith J. Slaughter and 
wife, Raven; Trina S. Gibson and husband, Brian; the late Leo D. Slaughter, Jr. 
and her devoted granddaughter Tracie L. Brown and husband, Patrick,Sr.

Daughter of the late Benjamin Thomas and Celeste Wisham Thomas.

Also survived by 16 grandchildren, 11great grandchildren, numerous nieces, 
nephews, other relatives and friends.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral service 
at Living the Word International Church, 2528 Old Spanish Trail, Slidell, LA
on Friday, May 22, 2015 at 11:00 A.M.

Interment will follow in FOREST LAWN CEMETERY, SLIDELL, LA.

Visitation on Friday, May 22, 2015 at Living the Word International Church from 
9:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M.
