BORIS ZULAUF, 88, of Slidell, LA, passed away on Saturday, May 2, 2015, in 
Slidell. 

Beloved Husband of Jackie Zulauf; Father of Adeline Zulauf, David Zulauf 
(Stephanie), Renee Z. Hryniewich (Brian), and Daniel Zulauf; Son of the late 
David and Sarah Zulauf. Also survived by five grandchildren: Julie Hill, 
Matthew Zulauf, Lyle Russell, Michael Zulauf, and Billy Paul Russell; and two 
great-grandchildren: Sophie Hill, and Brennan Russell. 

A native of Montreal, Canada and a longtime resident of the New Orleans area. 
Boris adored his family and enjoyed their company as well as the company of his 
and Jackie’s many friends and neighbors. 

Even though Boris had an outgoing personality, he was very private concerning 
matters of his personal mortality and requested that there be no funeral 
service. 
He would rather be remembered from the fond memories we all have of him. He 
often said “flowers are for the living to enjoy” and would rather that his 
memory be honored by a donation to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America.
