Flora Lee James Cooper passed away on Saturday, June 13, 2015 in Mandeville, 
LA, at the age of 86.  

She was born on May 7, 1929 to Ella Keller and Williams James.

Beloved wife of the late Roy L. Cooper.  Mother of Roy L. Cooper, Jr. (Jodie), 
Ethel Jenkins, June Sumrall, and Judith Cooper Faust.  Sister of Willie Ann 
Burbul.  Also survived by 10 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Service in the Chapel 
of Bagnell & Son Funeral Home, 75212 Lee Road, Covington, LA 70435 on 
Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at 6:00 pm.   Visitation from 4:30 pm until service 
time. 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Catherine’s Hospice, 2701
