She was preceded in death by her husband Benoit A. Hubert, Jr. of 52 years and parents, Felix and Annie Renton Benerito, and brothers Felix P. and Frank H. Benerito. She is survived by daughter Lynnette Hubert Soules and her husband Peter, and daughter Letty Jane Hubert Clark (late William N.). She is also survived by grandchildren, William N. She was an active member of Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church, past President of the OLL Altar Society and member of Fun & Faith Club, and the Mandeville Ladies Sewing Circle. An accomplished seamstress and needle worker, she repaired OLL altar linens and sewed many a button or hem on the priests' vestments and clothes. She always had a very positive outlook on life, reminding others to have the RMA- right mental attitude. She attributed her longevity to red wine - “only one glass a day”. She was very generous to many charities and offered her services throughout her life to taking care of ill relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, June 13, 2015 at St. Jane de Chantal Catholic Church, 72040 Maple St., Abita Springs, La. 70420 at 12:00 noon. Visitation at the church from 10:00 am until Mass time. Interment will follow at Mandeville Cemetery.
