Beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend, Mavis
Evon Perry, 91, born February 16, 1924 in Waverly, TN, passed away
on Wednesday, June 3, 2015.

She was widow of William Don Perry and pre-deceased daughter,
Barbara Dianne Palermo and son-in-law Anthony Palermo.

She is survived by a son, Burley Douglas Watson, a daughter, Beulah
Donnia Blake, and eight grandchildren, and nineteen
great- grandchildren.

She is also survived by a daughter-in-law, JoAnn Watson and a
son-in-law, Raymond J. Blake Jr.

We will always love and miss you. We know you will be happy forever when heaven 
opens the Golden Gates for another angel.

Funeral Services will be held at Honaker Funeral Home, 1751 Gause
Blvd West, Slidell, LA., on Saturday, June 13, 2015 at 11:00 AM.

Intement will follow at Carter Cemetery in Springfield, LA.
Visitation on Saturday after 9:00 A.M. until funeral time.
