He was 71 years old. Jerry was raised in Philadelphia, Mississippi and received a bachelor's degree in engineering from Mississippi State University in 1967. He initially worked for Shell as a petroleum engineer but started his own business in the same field in 1979. Jerry was a resident of Slidell and Pearlington, Mississippi. He was known to friends and strangers for his quick wit, cheerful personality, ability to give and take a good joke, and above all else for his uncommon generosity to those in need. He was a beloved husband, father,grandfather, and brother. Jerry was a big fan of the MSU Bulldogs, his J.E.S. Tackle bait shop, the outdoors, and above all his family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, John William Seale and Miriam Chisholm Seale, and grandson, William Adams Seale. He is survived by his beloved wife of fifty years, Emily Ann Savell Seale. Father of Lori Seale Ryan (Kent Berchman Ryan) and Jeffery Scott Seale. Grandfather to William Connor Ryan, Patrick Berchman Ryan, Andrew Seale Ryan, Sidney Grace Seale, and Ruth Ann Seale. Brother to John William Seale, Jr., Ben Alan Seale, Lawrence Thomas Seale, and Lynn Seale Marshall. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral service at HONAKER FUNERAL HOME, 1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST (IN FOREST LAWN CEMETERY), Slidell, LA, on Monday, June 29, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. Visitation on Sunday, June 28, 2015 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. and will resume on Monday, June 29, 2015 from 9:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M.
