Yolanda Gomez Valledor passed away on Sunday, June 7, 2015, at her residence in 
Mandeville, LA, at the age of 85.  
She was born on May 24, 1930 to Angel and Teresa Gomez in Santiago, Cuba. 

Yolanda emigrated to the United States 49 years ago from Cuba with her family 
to provide for a better life.  
She retired from Wembley Industries.

Beloved wife of the late Ignacio Valledor.  Mother of Teresa Valledor Morel 
(Michael, Sr.) and Ignacio J. Valledor.  Grandmother of Michael Morel, Jr.  
Sister of Miguel Angel Gomez, Teresa G. Ochoa (Jorge), Valentin Gomez (Alicia), 
and Jorge Gomez (Alina).  Also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, 
grandnieces, and grandnephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass in the Chapel of 
Bagnell & Son Funeral Home, 75212 Lee Road, Covington, LA 70435 on Wednesday, 
June 10, 2015 at 12:00 pm.   Visitation from 10:30 am until service time. 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Yolanda’s memory to the
Alzheimer's Association National Office, 225 N. Michigan Ave., Fl. 17
