OTHA CARSON WOOD II, 77, of Slidell, LA, passed away on Monday, June 1 , 2015, 
in Slidell.

Beloved husband of Arline Brewbaker Wood;
Father of Cathy Boswell, Raymond Wood, Jason Wood, Carson Wood, Joel Crocket, 
Lauren Priest;
Son of Ola Mae Wood LaForge, and the late Raymond “Buddy” Wood;
Brother of R. H. Wood Jr., and the late Herman Wood;
Also survived by eleven grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a granddaughter Ariana Wood.

A native of Adel, Georgia, and a resident of Slidell for over 40 years. He was 
a former employee of Pontchartrain Materials PMC.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral.
Funeral Services will be held at HONAKER FUNERAL HOME, 1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST 
(IN FOREST LAWN CEMETERY), Slidell, LA
on Friday, June 5, 2015 at 10:00 A.M.

Friends may visit at the funeral home on Friday beginning at 9:00am.

Burial will be in Southeast Louisiana Veterans Cemetery in Slidell.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the Otha C. Wood Memorial 
Fund at Capital One Bank.
