On July 29, 2015 Jeffrey Alan Birchfield of Slidell, Louisiana passed away at 
the age of 56 years. 

He was a member of camp Villere hunting club. 

Mr. Birchfield is survived by his companion Jennifer Hampton, 2 sisters Della 
Birchfield Hendrix and Debra Birchfield and his dog Spiro. 
He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. 

Mr. Birchfield is preceded in death by his parents Stephen and Thelma 
Birchfield. 

Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service at D.T. Williams 
Funeral Home, 67525 Hwy 41, Pearl River, Louisiana on Thursday, August 6, 2015 
visitation from 10:00AM until 11:00AM with service starting at 11:00AM.
