Born in Lane County, Oregon and raised in Eugene, Oregon, Sara graduated from Willamette High School in 2009. Later that year, she took a chance at true love and left her life in Oregon, traveling over 2500 miles, to Slidell, Louisiana. Sara was free-spirited, forgiving, open-minded, and incredibly funny. When she cared, she loved, and when she loved, her feelings surpassed even that. Always worrying for others, sometimes for those who never knew her; when she connected with people on any level it made her giddy – inside and out. If you had the grace to talk with her, she cared about you. For her family and friends though, her love placed above insurmountable skies. Sara was an avid gamer, loved to fly on airplanes, and greatly enjoyed singing to her daughters. Always excited by the small things like caramel iced coffee and listening to music on a private walk, she took pride in her photography skills. She was a natural-born mother. At nine months and pregnant with twins, she worked six days a week to keep her family financially secure. Sara was the family organizer, the first person her daughters saw every morning, the one who gave her daughters their never-ending happy spirit, and a guiding light for her husband-to-be. She leaves behind twin two year-old daughters, Naomi Hover and Layla Hover, her soul mate, Daniel Hover, her mother and father, Sue Johnson and James Johnson, her brothers, Jason Johnson and Aaron Johnson, two nieces, Sofia Johnson and Lily Johnson, and a nephew, Samuel Johnson. Funeral services have been made at Honaker Funeral Home, 1751 Gause Blvd. West, Slidell, LA 70460. Visitation will begin on Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at 12 noon. Service will be for 2 P.M. ===================
