Beloved daughter of the late Wiley McKinny Forbus and Robbie Jewel Smith Forbus. Sister of Carol Forbus Hatcher ; Martha Forbus Marcus and husband, Donald; the late Byron McKinny Forbus and wife, Levicie Forbus. Also survived by Howard Ray Hatcher (Judy); Donna Marcus Jones; Beverly Marcus Jones (Randal); Camille Hatcher and numerous cousins. Mary was a graduate of the University of Montevallo and received her Master’s degree from Auburn University. She was a dietitian at the University Montevallo and at Auburn University; director of food services at the Mississippi University for Women; and retired as director of food service for the Harrison County Schools. Mary was a member of the American Dietetic Association and a president of the Pilots Club International in Columbus, MS. She was a kind and loving person dedicated to her family, friends, faith and profession. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the memorial service at Grace Memorial Baptist Church, 2301 23rd Ave., Gulfport, MS on Thursday, August 20, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. A graveside service and celebration of life will be held at a later date in Auburn, AL. Special thanks to her loving caregivers Chandra Baham Moses and Trishawn Thomas and also to St. Joseph Hospice and Azalea Estates for their dedicated and professional care. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to her beloved Grace Memorial Baptist Church. ===================
