EVELYN LEWIS TAYLOR, of Slidell, LA, passed away on Sunday, August 9, 2015, she was 68 years old.

Beloved wife of Charles Henry Taylor.

Mother of: Arthur Lewis, Jr. and wife Joy; Tana Youngs and husband, Stephen; Chantal Cotton and husband, Troy; Tiffany Turner and husband Billy; Arthur Lewis, III and wife Sheree; and four stepchildren:Suzanne Taylor; Charles A.Taylor and wife, Tammy; Marie Taylor; Melissa Cooper.
Sister of David Crochet and wife Patty, Donna Parah and husband Matt.
Daughter of the late, Donald B. Crochet and Marjorie Lebouf Crochet.
Also survived by her 22 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
