Henry Barthelemy, Jr, passed away at his home on Sunday night, September 13, 
2015 at the age of 67. 

He was born in Port Sulphur, LA and lived in southeast Louisiana most of his 
life and is a Vietnam Air Force Veteran. 

He leaves to cherish his memories to his loving wife Karen Barthelemy, 
children; Kasey (Chris) Sasser, Rachel, Melissa and John Henry (Amanda) 
Barthelemy, Ryan Fitte, Anna, Diane, Yvonne and John Chester Johnson; siblings, 
Veronica Mendron, Jackie Spori, Chris Barthelemy, Connie Acosta, Rhonda Kay 
Barthelemy, nine grandsons and three granddaughters. 

Henry is preceded in death by his brother Perry Barthelemy.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend Henry’s Inurnment on 
Wednesday, September 23, 2015, 2:00 pm at The South East Louisiana Veterans 
Cemetery, 34888 Grantham College Road, Slidell, LA 70460.
