Jerry Rudolph Koppenol, Sr. passed away on Saturday, September 5, 2015. 
He was born on November 15, 1941 in Madisonville, LA to the late Rudolph H. 
Koppenol and Marguerette Barton Koppenol.

Jerry was a life-long resident of Madisonville, LA. He was a devoted husband, 
loving father, proud grandfather and great-grandfather.

Graveside Service at Wager Cemetery, Wager Cemetery Rd., Madisonville, LA 70447 
will be held at a later date.
