Please go to http://usgwarchives.net/la/sttammany/obits/dateobits/2015/st1509.htm and click to view list of photos. ========== Joyce Deneumoustier Richardson passed away peacefully on Friday, September 18, 2015 at the home of her beloved daughter Billie Richardson Comeaux and her son- in-law Robert Comeaux, Jr. Joyce was married for 56 years to the late William Richardson. Born, Wednesday, October 31, 1928 in New Orleans, LA to Alexander Charles Deneumoustier and Ellen Bernius Deneumoustier. Survived by her daughter and son-in-law, son Gary Richardson, seven grandchildren Robert Comeaux, III (Juliet), David Comeaux (Tracy), and Grace Comeaux Piro (Philip), sister Shirley O'Dwyer, brother-in-law Roy Richardson (Shellie), several beautiful great-grandchildren whom she adored and numerous nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly. She was predeceased by her husband, parents, and brother Joseph "Bro" Denny Deneumoustier. Joyce knew no strangers and touched the lives of everyone she met. She was a most generous and giving person not only to her family but to all. Everyone was always invited to her table for her cooking and all were a dawlin’ to her. She was the epitome of a southern lady. She leaves many wonderful memories with so many lifelong friends. The family would like to thank all of the caregivers who so graciously took care of Joyce. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass at 12:00 PM on Thursday, September 24, 2015 at Mary Queen of Peace, 1501 West Causeway Approach Mandeville, LA 70471. Visitation on Thursday, September 24, 2015 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Mary Queen of Peace. Interment in Mandeville Cemetery, Mandeville, LA.
