Jo-Carroll Ann Ducros passed away peacefully on Friday, November 20, 2015 at the 
age of 68.

Beloved daughter of the late Doris Marguerite “Molly” Magee Ducros and late 
Joseph Marius Ducros, Jr. of Abita Springs, La. Loving sister of Joanell Ducros 
Clelland (Leo). Aunt and Godmother of Kimberly Hollard, as well as aunt of 
Alicia Watts (Jerome), and William Clelland. Ms. Ducros is survived by great-
nieces and nephews, Jerome, Jr. and Kelsey Watts and Bailey and Brody Clelland, 
as well as a host of cousins, relatives and friends.

A life-long resident of Abita Springs, La. Ducros was born at Hotel Dieu 
Hospital in New Orleans, La. She was a 1965 graduate of Covington High School 
and Sullivan Vocational Technical School in Bogalusa, La. Jo-Carroll retired 
from the State of Louisiana Department of Social Services after 30 years of 
service.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Funeral Mass at St. Jane de Chantal 
Catholic Church, 72040 Maple St., Abita Springs, La. on Wednesday, November 25, 
2015 at 11:00 AM with visitation at church on Wednesday beginning at 9:00 AM. 

Interment will follow in Abita Springs Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Jo-Carroll to be 
made to St. Jane de Chantal Church in Abita Springs, La., Brookdale (Emeritus) 
Senior Living Center in Mandeville, La. or VFW Ladies Auxiliary 8720 in Abita 
Springs, La.
