Lucille Ladouceur Holdford, age 85, passed from this life on November 18, 2015.  

Born to Philibert and Alice Ladouceur in Hawksbury, Ontario, Canada, Lucy spent 
most of her adult life in Fort Lauderdale, FL and Atlanta, GA. But she found a 
new home and loving friends at Money Hill in Abita Springs, LA.  
Lucy enjoyed living. She always had a smile on her face and made new friends 
easily. Her laugh was infectious. 

She is survived by her nephews, Raymond Ladouceur (Lindsey) and David Ladouceur 
(Lisa), and her nieces, Dr. Laura Roberts (Travis) and Diane Liebrader (Dave).  

Her brother, Ray, preceded her in death.  

Lucy requested that we thank all of her friends, both near and far, who have 
brought her so much joy, comfort, and support over the years.  She truly 
cherished each of you.  
At her request, her family and friends are invited to Lucy’s Last Happy Hour at 
Money Hill Clubhouse on Sunday, November 22 from 2PM to 4PM to celebrate her 
life; a life well-lived.  

A private funeral will be held near Montreal, Canada at a later date.
