John R. Wawak, Sr., of Slidell, LA, passed away on Monday, November 30, 2015, 
he was 65 years old.  

Beloved husband of Linda Wawak for 18 years and the late Janet H. Wawak.  

Father of Jean W. Noto and husband, Mel; John R. Wawak, Jr.  

Also survived by 4 sisters and 4 grandchildren.
