He was born on December 20, 1971 in Slidell, Louisiana and grew up in Picayune, Mississippi (where he attended Picayune High School). He also lived in Slidell before moving to New Orleans. Bubby has gone on to meet his “Granny” (Patsy Galatas), his Godfather (Uncle “Joey” Dewitt Galatas Jr.), and his Brother in-law (Wes Burcham) who had all gone on before him. He leaves behind three sons, Joseph Boyd Vinson (Joe), Daniel Alexander and Aaron Alexander, his mother, Carolyn Anderson, his father, Ronald Boyd Vinson, Sr., his three sisters, Ann Burcham, Cher Vinson and Cindy DeLuca, as well Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. Bubby was a gifted artist (Bayou Designs) who also did amazing tattoo work. As his friends have said, he leaves behind a piece of himself on all he “inked”. Bubby was certainly loved and will be missed by all of us, but we are thankful to know his struggles in this life are over and he is now at peace! ===================
