Beloved husband of 18 years to Tina Marie Hoffmann Welch. Loving father of Destani Lawren Welch and Chance Dylan Welch. Son of Sonya Yarbrough Welch Boltz (Jerry) and Elbert “Moe” Milton, Jr. (Marilynn) and Paulette Lemons Hill (Steve). Son-in-law of Manuel and Kathy Hoffmann. Grandson of Elbert (Bae) Milton Welch Sr. and the late Agnes Welch, George Paul Lemons and Vivian Casanova Lemons. Brother of Brian Scott Welch (Susannah), Steven Paul Welch (Beanie), Hy McNoon Boltz, Stormy Lightning Boltz and Windy Rose Boltz Herman (Brant). Step-brother of John Michael Petit, Vincent Petit, Robert “Robby” Douglas Hill (Jenne), Jennifer “Jenny” Hill and Erin Petit Samartan (Paul). Brother-in-law of Dawn Ann Hoffmann. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Jeremy was a United States Marine Corps veteran and a Covington High School graduate. He enjoyed an eighteen year career with Gilsbar, Inc., coaching baseball and softball for eleven years and loved his annual family road trips. Jeremy won his freedom from cancer and will be in our hearts always and forever. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at, St. Jane de Chantal Catholic Church, 72040 Maple St., Abita Springs, LA 70420 on Thursday, December 10, 2015 at 12:00 noon with visitation at church on Thursday beginning at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow in Abita Springs Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Jeremy to be made to Wingman Cancer Foundation, PO Box 8757, Mandeville, LA 70470 US Marine Corps ===================
