Mary Kaitlyn “kat” Birmingham, of Slidell, LA, passed away on Sunday, January 
24, 2016, she was 21 years old.

Beloved daughter of Dr. Fred L. Birminghan and Beth Angle Birmingham.
Sister of Adam Birmingham.
Granddaughter of: Magda Angle; the late: Don Angle; Dr. Russell Birmingham and 
Mary Lynn Birmingham.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a memorial visitation 
at HONAKER FUNERAL HOME, 1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST (IN FOREST LAWN CEMETERY), 
Slidell, LA, on Tuesday, February 2, 2016 from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00P.M.  

A private service will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the St Tammany Parish Animal 
Services, 31078 LA-36, Lacombe, LA , 70445.
