Beverly Fonvergne Christopher peacefully passed away after 87 years of a full 
and wonderful life on January 14, 2016 in Denham Springs, La.

A resident of Slidell for 18 years, she was born in New Orleans, a loving wife 
and mother who worked beside her husband as his secretary for the Bricklayers 
Union Local #1. She was active in many social clubs and enjoyed dancing, cards, 
casino and all social outlets. She will be greatly missed by all that knew her.

She was preceded in death by William J. Christopher, Jr., her loving husband of 
62 years and her great-grandson, Cameron Waldron. Her sisters: Betty Ann 
Fonvergne, Barbara Frederick and Maxine Coe. Her brothers: Danny, Lionel, Jr., 
and John Fonvergne.

She is survived by two brothers: Richard Joseph and Eugene Fonvergne.

She will be greatly missed by her three children: Wanda (Jim Frosch), Helena 
(Steve Asprion) and William J. “Pepper” Christopher III (Caroline Tierney). Six 
grandchildren: Christopher Amorant, David Waldron, Regina Frosch (Kevin 
Kellum), Chance Frosch, Sarah Christopher, Liam Christopher. One great 
grandchild: Danielle Kellum.

Special Thanks to Anderson Assisted Living and Memory Care and Golden Age 
Nursing Home.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Brothers of the Sacred Heart.

A Memorial Service will be held at Honaker Funeral Home, 1751 Gause Bvld West, 
Slidell LA 70460, on Saturday, January 23, 2016, at 11:00am.

Friends may visit at the funeral home on Saturday, beginning at 9:00am.
