Dorothy F. Lively, of Slidell, LA, passed away on Wednesday, January 27, 2016, 
she was 86 years old.

Beloved wife of Freeman Everette Lively.
Mother of Deborah McCormick and husband, Bill; Sharon Lively; David Lively and 
wife, Jennifer.

Daughter of the late Bennie Blanton Averett and Janie Missouri Harmon Lively.
Sister of Nelda Sibert.

Also survived by her grandchildren: Kyla Lively; David Wayne Lively; Patrick 
McCormick; William McCormick, III; and Blaine Houk; 3 great grandchildren and 1 
great-great grandchild.
