Dwight E. Simmons Sr., of Covington, LA passed away on Sunday, January 31, 2016 after a battle with cancer.

Born on January 9, 1946 to the late Odis & Myrtle Simmons. 

He was the beloved husband of Pamela Simmons for 48 years. 
Dwight was the loving father of Kerri Capdeville (Terrol) and Dwight Simmons Jr. (Stacey), and caring grandfather of Matthew and Madeline Capdeville.

Private services will be held at a later date.
