Otho B. “Otto” stubbs jr, 83, of Slidell, LA, passed away on Tuesday, January 
19, 2016, in Slidell. 

Beloved Husband of the late Eleanor B. Stubbs;
Father of Stacey S. St. Pe’, the late Arnold O. Stubbs, and Ronald Stubbs.
Son of the late Otho and Elizabeth Stubbs;
Also survived by six grandchildren: David Stubbs, Wendy Stubbs, Joseph Stubbs, 
Derick Stubbs, Richard St. Pe’ IV, and Taylor St. Pe’.

A native of Mobile, Alabama, and a resident of Slidell since 1969, Mr. Stubbs 
was retired from NOPD, and then from St. Tammany Parish Sherriff’s Office in 
2014. Skip loved flying, and photography, and was deeply devoted to his family 
and his animals.

Memorial Services will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 1475 
Fremaux Ave, Slidell, Louisiana, on Monday, January 25, 2016 at 6:30pm.
