Mary Iris Slagle, 89, of Slidell, LA, passed away on Saturday, February 27, 
2016, in Slidell. 

Beloved Wife of David F. Slagle Sr.;
Mother of Cinda LeaAnn Walton (Bill); Dr. David F. Slagle II (Ramona), and 
Suzanne Mary Shead (Tom);
Sister of Myra Faye Skaggs;
Also survived by six grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.

A native of Pass Christian, Mississippi, a longtime resident of Metairie, LA, 
and a resident of Slidell for the past 24 years.

A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Luke the Evangelist Church, 910 Crossgates 
Blvd, Slidell, on Friday, March 4, 2016, at 10:30am.

Friends may visit at the church on Friday, beginning at 9:30am.

Burial will be in Southeast Louisiana Veterans Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Good Samaritan Ministry at St. 
Luke the Evangelist Church.
