Gary Emile Rogers, age 76, a lifelong resident of Covington, LA passed away
on Wednesday, March 2, 2016. 

Beloved Husband of 55 years to Alice Steinhauer Rogers. Father of Keith B. 
Rogers (Alice) and Lisa A. Haley (Mike). Grandfather of Byan M. Haley, Amanda 
M. Haley and Gary Emile Rogers II, Matthew Fandal (Fawn), Mallory Fandal and 
Mark Fandal. Also survived by his mother, Lela M. Rogers, sisters Rita Taylor 
(Donald) and Iris Rumick (Gary) and the late Marilyn Galloway (Troy) and his 
father the late Aswell Rogers. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and 
cousins.  

Gary loved his family above all else and enjoyed spending his time with them.  

Thanks to Notre Dame Hospice and the nurses and doctors of St Tammany Parish 
Hospital for their loving care during his illness. Also thanks to St. Tammany 
Pulmonary Rehab for all their support over the years. Relatives and friends 
are invited to attend the Funeral Services on Saturday, March 5, 2016 at 12:00 
PM in the Chapel of Bagnell & Son Funeral Home, 75212 Lee Rd., Covington, LA 
70435 Visitation from 10:00 AM until service time. 

Interment in Barker Mc Manus Cemetery.
