Mr. Stephen Andrew Yazbeck, Sr., 56, died Saturday, March 5, 2016. 
He was born in New Orleans and was a resident of St. Tammany Parish since the 
1980s. 

Mr. Yazbeck was the husband of Nageeha Zaghloul Yazbeck and father of Zachary 
Andrew Yazbeck, Layla Therese Yazbeck, Stephen “Stevie” Andrew Yazbeck, Jr., 
Rachel Yazbeck Louder and Timothy Thomas Yazbeck. He is also survived by his 
former wife, Cathy McDonough Yazbeck, and one granddaughter Ella Rose Yazbeck. 

Mr. Yazbeck was the son of the late Jean White and Joseph Anthony Yazbeck, Sr., 
and the brother of Joseph (Joey) Anthony Yazbeck, Jr., Susan Yazbeck Russell, 
Michael Francis Yazbeck, Robert Gregory Yazbeck and the late Therese Yazbeck.  

Mr. Yazbeck practiced general and criminal defense law as an attorney and was a 
member of the Louisiana Bar Association. 
He was an avid LSU football fan and a member of Northshore Bible Church.

A funeral service will be held at Bagnell & Son Funeral Home on Friday, March 
11, 2016, with visitation from 10:00 a.m. until noon, followed by a prayer 
service. Burial will be at St. Joseph Abbey Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, 
donations may be made to The Stephen Yazbeck Memorial Fund established by his 
wife at Whitney Bank.
