BERARD, JANET GUIDRY 
Died: Sun., Apr. 3, 2016

Janet Guidry Berard, 76, peacefully passed away April 3, 2016, at her home in 
Mandeville, LA. 
She was born in the small town of St. Martinville to the late, Henry Albert 
Guidry, Sr. and Clayda Thibodeaux Guidry. 

Janet was the beloved wife, best friend of her one and only true love of 53 
years to Kenneth Joseph Berard, Sr. 
Devoted mother to Denise Breazeale (Tommy), Kenneth Joseph Berard, Jr., Kathy 
Berard Bartels, and Danielle Ennis (Randy). 
Doting grandmother of Tabitha, Tara, Kayla, Brianna Crandle (Sherman), and 
Thomas Breazeale, Brandon Bartels (Savannah), Christian and Mark Ennis. 
Loving great-grandmother of Daysha Breazeale, Braxton Whitely, and Brantley, 
Kendall, and Shayleigh Sumrall. 
Survived by her brothers, Richard Guidry (Delores), Ronnie Guidry (Kim), Renee 
Guidry (Rachel), and Neal Guidry (Ruth), as well as, a host of nieces, nephews, 
cousins, and other family and friends. 

Preceded in death by her siblings, Henry Albert Guidry, Jr., Sidney Guidry, 
Henrietta McEvoy, Mark Guidry, Keith Guidry, and Stanley Guidry. 

Family, friends, "Walgreens family", "Saia's family", and "the Samaritan 
Center's family" are invited to attend Janet's Celebration of Life on April 17, 
2016, at Fontainebleau State Park, Pavillion 001. 
The rememberance ceremony will begin at 12 PM.
