Betty Bruner passed away on Tuesday, April 12, 2016. 

Ms. Betty is survived by her children Sara Jean Loveless, Marie Schumaker 
(Mark) William “Rick” North and Daniel Horton, Jr.  Also survived by 9 
grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. 

Preceded in death by her Husbands; William North and Wallace Bruner. 
Mother of the late Dwayne David Horton. Daughter of the late Clinton C. Justus 
and Addie C. Justus.   

Ms. Betty was employed with the United States Department of Agriculture with 
over 30 years of service. She was a native of Ohio, a resident of New Orleans; 
where she graduated from John Mc Donogh Senior High School, a former resident 
of St. Bernard Parish, and a resident of Folsom, LA for the last several years. 

The family would like to thank St. Catherine Hospice for such loving care of 
Ms. Betty. 

Services will be at a later date. 

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to either St. Catherine Hospice or 
Forest Manor Nursing Home.
