He was born on July 24, 1939 in Waukegan, IL. Jim was married to his beloved wife, Judith (Judy) Twardy Moll for almost 54 years. He was the loving father of five children: Karen (Kari) Moll of Covington, LA; Susie Moll of Dallas, TX; Jamie Moll of Covington, LA; Julie (Glynn) Huhn of Covington, LA; and Scotty (Carol) Moll of Ponchatoula, LA; and five grandchildren: Holly, Cassie, & Holden Huhn and Ella & Lilly Moll. He was preceded in death by his parents, Stanley and Vera Moll; and his brother, Robert Moll. Jim graduated from St. Mary’s College in Winona, MN in 1962. In 1974 he was transferred with Johns-Manville from Waukegan, IL to Slidell, LA. In 1978, Jim and Judy owned and operated Rental City in Covington, LA for many years. Jim was a diehard and lifelong Cubs fan, an avid gardener, and loved fishing and golfing until his health issues arose. He was a loving grandfather and was known as “Guppy” by his grandchildren. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation on Saturday, April 16, 2016 from 12pm to 2pm at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Avenue, Covington, LA 70433. A Funeral Mass will be held following the visitation at 2pm. Interment will follow the mass at Pinecrest Memorial Gardens in Covington. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jane de Chantel Church, 72040 Maple St, Abita Springs, LA 70420. ===================
