NEIL B. SKINNER, of Slidell, LA, passed away on Wednesday, April 6, 2016

Beloved husband of Patricia Schexnaydre Skinner.
Father of Rowland Joseph Skinner, Charles Francis Skinner(Carly).
Step father of Geoffrey Paul Malpass and Christopher Dennis Malpass(Alyssa).
Son of the late Joseph Charles Skinner and Mildred Schlosser Skinner.
Brother of Joseph Charles “Sonny” Skinner, Jr.
Also survived by 3 grandchildren, Kamden, Parker and Kira.

Age 65 years, a native of New Orleans.
He was a former employee for Sooner Pipe and retired from Gulf States 
Engineering.
He was veteran of the U.S. Army. He was a charter member and volunteer at the 
National WWII Museum.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral
Mass at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 400 Westchester, Slidell, LA on 
Monday, April 11, 2016 at 12:00 o’clock noon.

Interment in FOREST LAWN CEMETERY.

Visitation at the church on Monday after 10:00 A.M. until funeral time.

Donations to the National WWII Museum, preferred, in lieu of flowers.
