Norma was born in New Orleans, lived in Covington and Bush, and was a resident of Lacombe at the time of her death. Beloved wife of Joseph Milstead, Sr. Mother to Brenda Sharp Jenkins (Thomas). Stepmother to Maryann Leras (Kenny), Jessica Milstead, Joseph Milstead, Jr. and Victoria Milstead. Grandmother to Brandy Berry (Justin), Lisa Ramirez, Kelly Leras, Hailey Benenati, Jacob Benenati, Aedan Milstead, Emma Milstead and Annabelle Milstead. Great grandmother to Dylan Berry, Dakotah Berry, Gabby Reyna and Jesse Ramirez. Sister to Andrew Lane (Patsy) and Victor Lane. Sister-in-Law to Lerlean Lane, Mary Milstead Lindsey (Mark), Jack Milstead and Bill Milstead. She is also survived by her beloved dog Daisy, a host of nieces and nephews, other relatives, dear friends and the Sharp Family. She was preceded in death by parents Marie Davis and Felix Lane, granddaughter Erica Noel Jenkins, brother Charles Lane, and sisters Gladys Holliday and Carmelite “Nanny” Barnes. The family wishes to acknowledge the staff of Slidell Memorial Hospital Cancer Center, Slidell Memorial Hospital ICU Nurses and staff, and Heart of Hospice who gave exceptional care to our beloved Norma. ===================
