Grady Marcus Jenkins passed away on Thursday, June 9, 2016. 

He was born on Friday, July 20, 1928 in Covington, LA to Violet Fussell and 
Calip Lee Jenkins and was a long time resident of Madisonville, LA.

The beloved husband of Mattie Vining Jenkins, he is survived by one daughter - 
Melanie Jenkins Magee (Jeff); two sons - Mark Jenkins (Connie) and Michael 
Jenkins (Sharon); seven grandchildren - Katie Magee Tosso (Paul), Jill Magee 
Dawsey (David) and Natalie Magee, Laurie Jenkins Hidalgo (Kevin) and Joshua 
Jenkins (Jamie), Calip Jenkins and Wally Jenkins (Sarah); four sisters - Vernie 
Henry, Elaine Morgan, Betty Smith and Joan Hanson; and seven great 
grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother - Larry Jenkins.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend funeral services at 12:00 Noon on 
Monday, June 13, 2016 at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Ave. 
Covington, LA 70433.

Visiting hours on Monday will begin at 10:00 AM.

Interment at the Morse Cemetery in Bedico, LA will immediately follow services.
