Mary Alberta Ficarro passed away on Monday, July 25, 2016 at her home in 
Mandeville, LA. 
She was born on February 26, 1923 in New Orleans, LA to the late Peter A. 
Patureau and Mary Rousell Patureau.

Alberta was the loving mother of Mary Lee Walker (Russell) and the late Linda 
Taylor Bass. She was the proud grandmother of Russell Michael Walker, Jr. 
(Stephanie), Clinton Wayne Walker (Karla), Michael Felix Raymond, III (Stacy), 
Starr Lee Folden (Glenn), Sean Taylor Bass, and Miranda Ann Matte (Steven). She 
was the great-grandmother of Allison Hatchitt, Danielle Woessner, Taylor 
Walker, Darion Walker, Michael Raymond, IV, Brianna Woessner, Aaryn Folden, 
Katie Walker, Drew Matte, Addyson Raymond, Dylan Matte, and Dalton Matte. 
Alberta was the great-great-grandmother of Brayton Hatchitt. 

She was one of nine children and is survived by her sister, Maureen A. Conaway 
(Carlton). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The family will hold a Memorial Service on Friday, July 29, 2016.
