GUZZARDO, KATHLEEN SMITH 
January 4, 1953 - July 19, 2016

Kathleen Smith Guzzardo was born on January 4, 1953 to Mildred O’Connor Smith 
and Thomas Anthony Smith, Sr.

Kathy was called to her heavenly reward on Tuesday, July 19, 2016 after a brief 
illness. 

Kathy was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Mildred Smith; her 
sister, Gayle Smith Bean; and her beloved husband, Anthony Guzzardo along with 
her paternal and maternal grandparents. 

She is survived by her loving son, Jason; her brother, Tom (Ann); her sister, 
Rosie (Louis); her nieces, Theresa (Mike) Theobold, Lisa (Jeff) Long; and 
several great-nieces and great-nephews.

Kathy was a loving, devoted, dedicated, faithful and loyal wife, mother, 
sister, aunt and friend. 

In lieu of flowers, Kathy has requested that we remember her with a “smile and 
a prayer”.

A private celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
