Kannan Ray Slates, of Paducah, KY, passed away on Sunday, July 24, 2016.

Beloved son of Aaron “T.K.” Slates and Lauren Chapman.
Brother of Kade Chapman and Aaron “A.J.”  Slates, II.
Grandson of Ray Chapman, the late Jean Chapman, Janet Slates and Ralph Slates, 
LaDonna Clark and Dwayne Clark.
Also survived by his aunts and uncles, Janell Kahl(Nathaniel), Ashley 
Wingerter(Jared), Stesha Slates, and his cousins, Cody, Caroline, Addyson, 
Alexa and Isaac.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral
Mass at St. Luke the Evangelist Catholic Church, 910 Cross Gates Blvd., 
Slidell, LA, on Saturday, July 30, 2016 at 11:00 A.M.

Visitation at the church on Saturday after 9:00 A.M. until funeral time.
