She was born in New Orleans, LA and resided in Covington for the last 40 years. Rhoda served as a Marine for 2 years, and retired with 23 years of service with the United States National Guard. While also traveling with her family and late husband, whom was a Master Sergeant with United States Air Force. Loving wife of the late John L. Blair Sr. for 54 years. Devoted mother of John L. Blair Jr. and wife Stormy, Kitty Honeycutt and husband Roy, and Paul A. Blair Sr. and wife Denice. Survived by her brothers Kenneth Jenkins (Janice), J.T. Jenkins, Paul A. Jenkins (Hazel) and the late Felton "Boo" Jenkins (Barbara). Grandmother of 10 grandchildren, Shawn, Trey, Lauren, Sarah, Nathan, Lacey, Chad, P.J., Brandon, Matthew, and 16 great grandchildren. And a special thank you to her niece Lisa J. Holt and her family. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a Memorial Mass at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, September 3, 2016 at St. Peter's Catholic Church in Covington, LA.
