MAYEUX, LOUISE MARIE 
November 6, 1943 - August 22, 2016

Louise Marie Mayeux, faithful follower of Jesus, passed away on Monday, August 
22, 2016 at the age of 72.

Loving mother of Missy Mayeux Guitterrez. Best friend of James Dickie Mayeux. 
Daughter of the late Bessie Marie Chenevert Mayeaux and Rilan Joseph Mayeaux. 
Sister of Marion Mayeaux, George L. Mayeaux and Marvin Mayeaux. Proud 
grandmother of Emma Elizabeth and Ava Grace Guitterrez.

Ms Mayeux was a native of Avoyelles Parish and resident of Covington where she 
was a parishioner of Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church. Louise lead many to 
Jesus by her faith and example. Her devotion to the Blessed Mother was 
unwavering. She honored her commitment to God by devoting countless hours to 
helping many recover from alcohol and drug abuse.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Most Holy 
Trinity Catholic Church, 501 Holy Trinity Dr., Covington, LA 70433 on Friday, 
August 26, 2016 at 1:00 PM with visitation at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 
W. 21st Avenue, Covington, LA 70433 on Thursday evening from 5:00 PM until 9:00 
PM and AT CHURCH ON FRIDAY beginning at 11:00 AM.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Louise Mayeux to 
be made to Covenant House, 611 North Rampart St., New Orleans, LA 70112-3505.
