Please go to http://usgwarchives.net/la/sttammany/obits/dateobits/2016/st1609.htm and click to view list of photos. ========== On Saturday September 17, 2016 Yvonne Findley Hawkins peacefully entered eternal paradise to be with her Lord and Savior at 4 AM, in Daphne, Alabama, surrounded by her loved ones. Yvonne was born unto Essie Gentlucci Findley and Joseph Madison Findley on December 14, 1927. Yvonne was predeceased by her 2 sisters, Jacqueline Dellas Findley Koepp and Cora Lee Adeline Findley Pace as well as her beloved husband John Vivian Hawkins Jr. and son John Vivian Hawkins, III. She is survived by her 3 daughters Peggy Hawkins Heard (Zachary), Beth Hawkins Unger (Danny), and Gretchen Hawkins Moss. Yvonne also leaves behind her Grandchildren Brian Joseph Hawkins, Yvonne Lee Hawkins, Neil Joseph Unger, Andie Elizabeth Unger, John McCoy Moss, Zachary T. Heard IV, Jaison P Heard, Sr., Denise Huhn, Danette Huhn, and Davy Huhn. Yvonne was a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church of Mobile, Alabama and a retired Librarian from The University of South Alabama. Memorial Services at Holy Cross Lutheran Church 3900 Airport Blvd Mobile, AL on Monday September 19 at 1pm with visitation 1 hour before. A graveside service will be held at Theodore-Dendinger Memorial Cemetery, Hwy 21 Madisonville, LA at 10 AM on Tuesday, September 20. Yvonne prefers Donations to Holy Cross Lutheran Church in lieu of flowers. E.J. Fielding Funeral Home entrusted with the local arrangements. ===================
