Edward C. Jenkins Sr., 81, of Slidell, LA, passed away on Tuesday, September 
27, 2016, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. 

Beloved husband of the late Myra Jenkins; Father of Sonny Jenkins, and the late 
Rhonda Romano and Leona Jenkins; Son of the late Dillard and Aline Jenkins;
Brother of Lois Reavis, and the late Donald Jenkins;

Also survived by three grandchildren: Aaron Michael Romano, Samantha Kathleen 
Romano, Tyler Alexander Romano, nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

A native of Folsom, Louisiana and a resident of Slidell for the past 67 years. 
He was retired from Martin Marietta and a U.S. Air Force veteran.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral.

Funeral Services will be held at HONAKER FUNERAL HOME,

1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST (IN FOREST LAWN CEMETERY), Slidell, LA on Monday, October 
10, 2016 at 2:00 P.M.

Friends may visit at the funeral home on Monday beginning at 10:00am.

Burial will be in FOREST LAWN CEMETERY.
