Eddie Carl Robin, age 62 of Covington, LA died on Saturday, September 03, 2016, 
at Lakeview Regional Medical Center. 
Born Sunday, January 10, 1954 in New Orleans, LA to Bennie Florence Robin and 
Alice Ita Messmer Robin.

Survived by his Wife - Margo Robin, Daughter - Samantha Robin Becklehimer 
(Mike), Sons - Adam Bettencourt (Chris), and Jay Bettencourt (Lucy), 
Granddaughters - Cricket Bettencourt, Lizzie Bettencourt, and Rowan 
Bettencourt, Grandson - Elijah Bettencourt, Sister - Lorraine Travasos and 
nieces and nephew – Gail Ann, Jimmy and Debbie Blood. He is also survived by 
his best friend Cookie, a Tea Cup Poodle.

He was predeceased by his Father - Bennie Florence Robin, and Mother – Alice 
Ita Messmer Robin and Half-Sister - Alice Katherine Blood.

He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and The Corvette Club. His love for 
restoring Corvettes led to numerous awards.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass at 11:00 AM on 
Thursday, September 8, 2016 at St. Jane de Chantal Church, 72040 Maple St. 
Abita Springs, LA .

Visitation, AT THE CHURCH HALL, on Thursday from 9:30 AM until service time.

A private interment in Greenwood Cemetery New Orleans, LA at a later date.
