Henry Armichael Gomez, of Lacombe, LA, passed away on Saturday, October 1 2016.

Beloved husband of the late Helen Vaughn Gomez.
Father of Michael J. Vaughn(Judy), Marilyn Vaughn Crosby and the late Vernon 
Vaughn, Jr.(Dixie)
Son of the late Charles Gomez and Katie Prevost Gomez.
Brother of Connie Fogg, the late Charles Gomez, Jr., Anthony Gomez, Rena 
Sylvest and Ceil Garcia.
Grandfather of Wendy McQueen, Karen Hanson, Mike Vaughn, Sheila Dean, Steven 
Crosby, Cassandra Branton and the late Johnny Vaughn.
Great grandfather of Hunter, Jessie McQueen, Jarod and Josie Vaughn, Ashley, 
Justin, Courtney and Ryan Dean, Jaiden and Seth Branton, Cameron and Will 
Vaughn.
Also survived by a great great grandson, Jace, and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family would like to extend heartfelt thanks to Heart of Hospice of La., as 
well as the Nurses at La. Heart Hospital for their hard work and passionate 
care.

He was a retired Welder/Pipefitter with Local Union #60.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Services 
at HONAKER FUNERAL HOME, 1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST (IN FOREST LAWN CEMETERY), 
Slidell, LA on Monday, October 10, 2016 at 11:00 A.M.

Interment in FOREST LAWN CEMETERY.

Visitation on Monday after 9:00 A.M. until funeral time.
