B. Ralph Bailey passed away on Monday, November 28, 2016 at the age of 81.

Beloved husband of Dianne Legnon Bailey. Loving father of Linda Bailey 
Donaldson (Tripp). Son of the late Bertie Mae Mims Bailey and Herman Ralph 
Bailey. Step-brother of Gerry Johnson (Beck). Grandfather of Shawn Michael 
Rollins, Jason Cole Rollins (Paige) and Amanda Rollins Seal (Ryan). His beloved 
pet, Tripsi. Also survived by former son-in-law and fishing buddy, Skip 
Rollins.

Mr. Bailey was a graduate of Louisiana Tech and Loyola University. Ralph was an 
avid fisherman, golfer and 50 year Saints Ticket Holder. He practiced law in 
New Orleans and Mandeville until retirement. Ralph will be greatly missed by 
family and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to help celebrate Ralph’s life at E.J. 
Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Avenue, Covington, LA 70433 on Friday, 
December 2, 2016 from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM.
